Order and customer data
Invoice displays essential order and customer data such as account number, invoice number, invoice data, customer number, purchase order number, sales location, sales rep name, order date, order number, freight terms, payment terms, route number, and special instructions provided by customer for delivery.
Addresses
Invoices shows billing address, shipping address, payment address for invoiced customers and warehouse address for pickup orders.
Itemized quantities and item details
Invoice includes item details broken down by each category, details include: quantity ordered, quantity shipped, quantity adjusted, sales unit, product number, product description, label/brand, package size, item is taxable or non taxable, pricing unit, unit price, and total price for the item
Sum by category
A separate section that breaking down sum/totals for each category which includes: total pieces ordered, total pieces shipped, total pieces delivered, total extend price total tax paid and tax rate.
Terms, order acceptance and signature
Last page includes terms, interest charge on late payment, a customer signature section for accepting the order, place, date and time of delivery and a disclosure section with list of contact details for different departments.
